Albuquerque, NM – Injury Car Wreck at I-25 & Osuna Rd

Albuquerque, NM (December 31, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a vehicle collision that took place in Albuquerque on Monday, December 30. Emergency crews were sent to the scene of the crash on Interstate 25 SB near Osuna Road NE at around 4:01 p.m. The injured parties were provided aid by attending paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals by ambulance. 

At this time, the extent of the resulting injuries has not been determined, and the number of people involved in the crash is still unknown. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway. No additional information on the accident is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are managing an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash, and more updates will be released as it continues.
