Albuquerque, NM (May 29, 2023) - At least one person sustained injuries following a car crash in Albuquerque on Monday morning, May 29.
At around 2:51 a.m., the collision was first reported at the 3714 block of Comanche Road. The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics, but the severity and number of resulting injuries have not yet been determined.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
In New Mexico, there were 202 fatal car accidents in 2014, and 98 of the fatalities involved people who were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, at least 22 lives could have been saved if everyone had been wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. Injury victims from auto accidents may be eligible to make a personal injury claim in order to get compensation.
Your ability to recover from a car accident will depend on whether you obtain fair compensation for your personal injury losses. If you have never dealt with personal injury claims, it could be difficult for you to know what to do in order to maximize your claim to damages. You need a lawyer on your side at every stage of the personal injury claims process since it may be drawn out, challenging, and leave you feeling overwhelmed.
After a car accident, filing a claim for compensation can be difficult on your own, and it is always recommended that you hire a trained attorney to help. The insurance provider can make an effort to deny the claim or claim that the accident was your fault. This is a common strategy employed by insurance companies, and it may result in a settlement amount insufficient to meet your minimum requirements. If you want to make sure you receive fair compensation for your claim, we can help.
You should start putting together your case as soon as you can after suffering injuries in a car accident. In order to begin your journey toward a full recovery, speak with an experienced Albuquerque personal injury lawyer right away. You need to make sure that your case is as strong as it can be if you were unfairly injured by a reckless motorist. A lawyer can protect your interests and help you get the full amount of compensation you are entitled to. He or she will be able to gather all the necessary evidence and build a compelling case for your damages.
