Albuquerque, NM – Major Injuries in Car Wreck at I-40 & University Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 10, 2024) – A serious auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, July 10, resulted in confirmed injuries. The incident was reported on Interstate 40 WB near University Boulevard NE that afternoon, around 12:37 p.m. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The injured parties were provided immediate aid at the scene by attending medical personnel, and those needing further support were later transferred to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. The area was closed for several hours while emergency responders were present. The circumstances leading to the collision have not been determined.
