Albuquerque, NM – Major Injuries in Crash at 98th St & Sunset Gardens Rd

Albuquerque, NM (September 26, 2024) – On Wednesday, September 26, there were reported injuries following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The accident occurred late that night around 8:07 p.m. at the crossing of 98th Street SW and Sunset Gardens Road SW. At least one person involved suffered injuries in the collision. 

The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel, and those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized for treatment. The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present.
