Albuquerque, NM – PanAm Fwy & Montano Rd Injury Collision

Albuquerque, NM (September 26, 2024) – On Thursday, September 26, there were confirmed injuries following a car accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash took place at the corner of Pan American Freeway NE and Montano Road NE early that morning around 6:03 a.m. At least one person involved in the collision was hurt. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. Emergency crews were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. Those needing further treatment were later transferred to nearby hospitals by ambulance. The area was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
