Albuquerque, NM – Passenger Killed in T-Bone Crash with Stolen Kia at San Pedro Dr & Zuni Rd
Albuquerque, NM (October 2, 2023) – On Sunday, October 1, a two-vehicle collision involving a stolen vehicle in Albuquerque left one person with fatal injuries.
The deadly crash occurred at the corner of San Pedro Drive and Zuni Road at around 7:43 p.m. It was reported that a stolen Kia was headed eastbound on Bell Avenue when the driver ran a stop sign. The driver t-boned a BMW at the intersection, and a passenger in the vehicle was killed in the crash.
It is believed that speed played a role in the collision. The driver of the stolen Kia was reportedly not arrested following the fatal crash. No other information has been provided at this time.
