Albuquerque, NM - Pedestrian Killed in Crash at Central Ave & Eubank Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (January 24, 2024) - On Tuesday, January 23, a pedestrian died following a traffic accident in the Albuquerque area. The deadly accident occurred at the crossing of Central Avenue and Eubank Boulevard just before 5 p.m. A pedestrian reportedly entered the road when they were hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. 

The injured party suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. Local reports indicated that neither speed nor impairment were involved in the deadly accident. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched in order to render aid to the involved parties. 

The identity of the deceased party has been withheld. No further updates on the fatal collision are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
