Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injuries in Wreck at Girard Blvd & San Joaquin Ave

Albuquerque, NM (August 8, 2024) – At least one person was hurt after a car accident in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, August 7. The collision occurred that evening around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of Girard Boulevard SE and San Joaquin Avenue SE. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide the necessary medical aid. 

The number and severity of the related injuries were not included in the local reports. The crash victims were treated at the scene by attending paramedics. Ambulances were available to transfer the injured parties to local hospitals for further support. The area was temporarily closed as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
