Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injury Wreck at Chelwood Park Blvd & Claremont Ave

Albuquerque, NM (October 7, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Sunday, October 6. The crash occurred at the intersection of Chelwood Park Boulevard NE and Claremont Avenue NE at around 11:05 p.m. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties.

Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for additional treatment. At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. The roadway was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris.
