Albuquerque, NM – Wreck at I-25 & Candelaria Rd Ends in Injury

Albuquerque, NM (December 5, 2024) – A serious car accident in the Albuquerque area required support from local paramedics on Wednesday, December 5. That evening, around 9:09 p.m., the crash was reported on Interstate 25 NB near Candelaria Road NE. At least one person involved in the collision suffered injuries, and emergency responders were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to nearby hospitals for further treatment. The area was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris. No additional information on the accident is currently available, and more updates will be released as it progresses.
