Farmington, NM – Two Killed in Rollover Crash at Boyd Dr & N Municipal Dr

Farmington, NM (July 28, 2024) – On Friday, July 26, two men were killed after a single-vehicle crash in the Farmington area. The deadly accident took place at the intersection of Boyd Drive and N. Municipal Drive late that night, around 11:30 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene of a rollover accident. 

The victims were traveling in a vehicle when the 19-year-old driver lost control. The 39-year-old male passenger was ejected from the car and suffered fatal injuries at the scene. The driver was extricated by attending emergency crews before being transported by ambulance to San Juan Regional Medical Center in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. Speed is believed to have played a role in the crash. No further information on the deadly accident is in progress.
