Sunland Park, NM - Rollover Injury Crash at Domenici Hwy & McNutt Rd

Sunland Park, NM (May 13, 2025) - One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash in the Sunland Park area on Sunday, May 11. The crash took place at the corner of Domenici Highway and McNutt Road late that night at around 10 p.m. One of the vehicles overturned as a result of the crash. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched in order to render aid to the involved parties. Medical personnel were present to provide aid to the injured parties. One person needing further treatment was hospitalized by ambulance, and two others refused treatment. The circumstances leading to the crash are still unknown. The roadway was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No further information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is in progress.
