In 2019, there were reported crashes involving semi-trucks all around the state totaling more than 3,000 crashes that year, according to the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). These collisions resulted in the deaths of 75 people, while hundreds more were seriously injured. Understanding how severe these collisions can be will help you ensure that you are ready to defend your legal rights.
A large commercial vehicle can cause complete devastation in the event of a crash.
