Albuquerque, NM (July 11, 2024) – On Wednesday, July 10, a serious car accident in Albuquerque required support from local emergency units. The incident was reported late that night, around 7:13 p.m., at the corner of Lomas Boulevard NE and Nakomis Drive NE. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

At this time, the circumstances leading to the incident have not been determined. The injured parties were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel, and those needing further support were later hospitalized by ambulance for further support. The severity and number of the resulting injuries were not included in the initial reports. The area was closed for several hours while local authorities worked to clear the scene. Tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is in progress.
