Albuquerque, NM - Expanded Traffic Crash at Candelaria Rd & San Pedro Dr

Albuquerque, NM (March 10, 2025) - At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a vehicle collision that occurred in Albuquerque on Sunday, March 9. Emergency crews were sent to the crash scene at the corner of Candelaria Road NE and San Pedro Drive NE early that morning at around 12:52 a.m. The injured parties were aided by attending paramedics before being transferred to local hospitals by ambulance.

At this time, the extent of the resulting injuries has not been determined, and the number of people involved in the crash is still unknown. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway. No additional information on the accident is currently available.  Nevertheless, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be released as it continues.
