Albuquerque, NM – 3 Injured in Car Crash at Golf Course Rd NW & Ellison Rd NW
Albuquerque, NM (August 25, 2025) – A motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Golf Course Road Northwest and Ellison Road Northwest/McMahon Boulevard Northwest in Albuquerque resulted in three individuals being injured.
Albuquerque Police Department (APD) and Albuquerque Fire and Rescue responded to the scene, where they provided medical aid to the injured.
Two individuals suffered serious injuries that required immediate medical attention and transportation to a nearby medical facility, while a third person, whose injuries were less severe, was transported later for treatment.
The crash occurred early on the evening of August 24, causing significant disruption in the area. APD blocked several lanes of traffic and diverted drivers to secure the crash site. Lane closures remained in effect for several hours while authorities conducted their investigation.
Around 6:40 p.m., APD lifted the lane closures, reopening northbound Golf Course Road at Ellison Road.
