Albuquerque, NM – Accident at I-25 & Jefferson St NE Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (April 15, 2023) – A motor vehicle collision took place in the Albuquerque area that sent at least one person to an area hospital with injuries. The police and firefighters were notified of the crash at approximately 8:30 a.m. on April 13.

According to officials, vehicles collided on the southbound side of Interstate 25. The crash caused some disruptions in traffic near mile marker 229 at Jefferson Road.

Emergency crews responded to the scene to assist with removing damaged vehicles and clearing the roadway.

At least one person suffered injuries in the crash and had to be transported to an area hospital.
