Speeding-related Accidents in New Mexico
Speeding drivers put everyone on the road in danger. On New Mexico roads and highways, speeding is extremely common, and you never know when or if you’ll be in a catastrophic collision. A recent two-year study in the state found that 370 fatal crashes involved speeding drivers, indicating that around one-third of all traffic fatalities are caused by high-speed collisions. When you speed, your risk of being involved in a major collision increases dramatically. People who speed should be made to answer for their actions after a life-changing auto accident. This is often only possible if you pursue a strong personal injury claim with the assistance of a knowledgeable lawyer.
