Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Injured in Crash on Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (October 8, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a car wreck in Albuquerque on Tuesday, October 8. The accident was reported early that afternoon around 1:56 p.m. at the 2060 block of Central Avenue SW. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

At this time, the circumstances leading to the incident are still unknown. The roadway was closed for several hours while emergency crews were present. The crash victims were later transferred to local hospitals after being treated by attending medical personnel. The initial reports did not provide the severity and number of the resulting injuries. Although no further information on the crash is currently available, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
