Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Injured in Wreck at 98th St & Cochise Ln

Albuquerque, NM (December 25, 2024) – On Tuesday, December 24, there were reported injuries after a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident was reported that afternoon around 4:50 p.m. at the crossing of 98th Street SW and Cochise Lane SW. At least one person involved in the crash sustained injuries, and emergency crews were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris and reopen the roadway to outside traffic. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. No additional information on the crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation at this time. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
