Albuquerque, NM – Expanded Traffic Accident on Sunset Gardens Rd

Albuquerque, NM (February 17, 2025) – A crash with injuries took place in the Albuquerque area late on Sunday, February 16. Emergency responders were dispatched to the crash site early that morning around 8:40 a.m. It was reported that the crash occurred at the 10500 block of Sunset Gardens Road SW, and at least one person at the scene sustained undisclosed injuries. 

The crash victims were quickly treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a local hospital for additional aid. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided at this time. The area was closed for several hours but later reopened to outside traffic. Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation, and more information will be provided as the investigation continues.
