Albuquerque, NM – At Least One Injured in Wreck at I-40 & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 11, 2024) – On Thursday, July 11, a serious auto accident in the Albuquerque area required support from local paramedics. The accident occurred on Interstate 40 WB near Carlisle Boulevard NE early that morning, around 8:13 a.m. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, and emergency responders were sent to render the necessary aid. 

The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined at this time. The crash victims were treated by attending medical personnel, and those requiring further treatment were later transported to local hospitals for further treatment. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims have been provided. Local law enforcement officials are conducting an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
