Albuquerque, NM – Auto Accident at I-25 & Lomas Blvd Ends in Injury

Albuquerque, NM (December 21, 2024) – There were reported injuries in the aftermath of a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Friday, December 20. The collision occurred at the corner of Interstate 25 NB near Lomas Boulevard NE late that night around 6:25 p.m. At least one person involved was hurt, but the severity of the resulting injuries has not yet been confirmed. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. The roadway was temporary as authorities and paramedics were present to assist at the scene. Ambulances were used to transport the crash victims to nearby hospitals for additional support and treatment. The roadway was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris. At this time no further information on the accident is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are managing an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
