Albuquerque, NM – Auto Accident with Injuries at I-40 & University Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (July 11, 2024) – A serious auto accident in Albuquerque on Thursday, July 11, required support from local paramedics. The collision was reported on Interstate 40 WB near University Boulevard NE that afternoon, around 5:12 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for additional treatment. At this time, the severity and number of the related damages have not been confirmed. The area was temporarily closed for several hours while paramedics were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the site of the wreckage and other resulting debris to reopen the roadway.
