Albuquerque, NM (September 30, 2023) - Emergency crews in Albuquerque were notified of a car crash on Saturday afternoon, September 30. At approximately 12:02 p.m., responders went to the scene on Central Avenue to render aid.
Authorities say the collision occurred in the 12000 block of Central Avenue near Route 66. Two or more vehicles crashed and caused injuries.
Paramedics helped the injured victims and took them to the hospital if necessary. Currently, however, the extent of the injuries suffered in the collision has not been reported to the public.
The roadway was blocked for some te on the afternoon of September 30, forcing local motorists to use alternate routes. Police are still investigating.
