Albuquerque, NM – Auto Collision Ends in Injuries on Montano Rd near Second St

Albuquerque, NM (September 24, 2023) – A vehicle accident resulted in injuries in Albuquerque on the evening of September 24. Shortly after 6:00 p.m., emergency crews including police, EMTs, and firefighters were dispatched to the site of the crash to aid the injured victims. 

Paramedics were seen helping at the wreck site located on Montano Road near Second Street. The vehicles crashed, causing those involved to sustain injuries, however, the extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time. 

The roadway was blocked for some time while crews worked to help those at the scene, resulting in substantial traffic delays. Police asked those commuting near the wreck site to alternate their travel routes. 

We hope for the full recovery of those who were hurt in this car crash. Police continue to investigate.
