Albuquerque, NM – Bicyclist Injured, Hit by Motorist on Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (July 7, 2023) – On Thursday, July 6, a cyclist was hurt after being struck by a motor vehicle in Albuquerque. 

The incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. at the 9600 block of Central Avenue. The rider of a bicycle was traveling near the scene when there were hit by an oncoming motorist. The victim was conscious at the scene when emergency responders arrived. 

The injured party was later transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment. No updates on their condition have been provided. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
