Albuquerque, NM – Car Accident on 2nd St Results in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (October 28, 2024) – A serious car accident in Albuquerque on Monday, October 28, required support from local emergency units. That morning around 9:02 a.m., the crash was first reported at the 5408 block of 2nd Street NW. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and the involved parties were provided immediate medical aid by attending paramedics. 

Those requiring further support were later transferred to nearby hospitals by ambulance. No updates on the conditions of the crash victims have been provided at this time. The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency crews and local authorities worked to clear the scene. The area was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to remove the wreckage and other resulting debris. No additional updates are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by local law enforcement.
