Albuquerque, NM – Car Wreck with Injuries at Juan Tabo Blvd & I-40

Albuquerque, NM (November 9, 2023) – On Thursday, November 9, there were confirmed injuries after a collision in the Albuquerque area. 

The crash was reported early that morning at around 11:42 a.m. on Juan Tabo Boulevard NE near Interstate 40. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, and emergency responders were sent to render aid to the involved parties. Those requiring additional treatment were later transported to local hospitals for further treatment. 

At this time, the severity and number of resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the road of resulting wreckage and reopen the roadway. 

No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided at this time. 

Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation, and more information will be provided as the investigation progresses.
