Albuquerque, NM – Central Ave Scene of Injury Collision
Albuquerque, NM (August 24, 2024) – Emergency responders in Albuquerque were sent to the scene of a car crash on Central Avenue. At approximately 5:26 p.m. on August 23, the wreck happened in the 11000 block of the roadway. Multiple responders were observed at the crash site shortly after it happened helping the wounded parties and investigating the details of the incident.
Police and paramedics remained on-site for an extended period, forcing drivers in the area to use different travel routes. One or more injured victims were treated and taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. The names of those involved have not been reported. Police in Albuquerque continue to investigate the causes that led to the crash taking place.
