Albuquerque, NM – Collision at I-40 & Juan Tabo Blvd Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (September 1, 2024) – On Sunday, September 1, there were reported injuries in the aftermath of a car accident in Albuquerque. At around 1:35 p.m., the collision took place on Interstate 40 EB near Juan Tabo Boulevard NE. The crash victims were treated by attending medical personnel at the scene. 

At least one person was hurt, but the severity of the related damages has not been determined. The injured parties were later transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment. No further updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. The area was temporarily closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation, and more updates will be published as the inquiry progresses.
