Albuquerque, NM - Fatal Bicycle Accident at Eubank Blvd & Constitution Ave

Albuquerque, NM (September 14, 2023) - On Wednesday evening, September 13, a deadly crash was reported to local authorities in Albuquerque, and a rider was killed after being hit by a motor vehicle in the area. 

At around 9:06 p.m., the incident was first reported at the corner of Eubank Boulevard NE and Constitution Avenue NE. The rider was traveling by bike when they were struck by the motorist. Emergency responders and police officials were sent to the scene, and the area was closed for several hours. 

The accident left the victim with fatal injuries, and they were pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances leading to the fatal crash have not yet been determined. The identity of the deceased has not been provided at this time. 

Local law enforcement officials are conducting an ongoing investigation into the fatal bicycle crash. More information will be provided as the inquiry progresses.
