What You Should Know About Wrongful Death Claims in Albuquerque
When a pedestrian is fatally injured in an accident, families face emotional trauma and financial burdens. In New Mexico, loved ones may pursue a wrongful death claim to seek compensation for medical costs, funeral expenses, and other losses resulting from the accident.
Compensation may cover immediate expenses such as emergency care and funeral services, as well as long-term impacts like lost financial support, guidance, or companionship, and emotional suffering. Legal guidance ensures families are not left navigating this process alone while grieving.
