Albuquerque, NM – Injuries Follow Car Crash on Moon St SE

Albuquerque, NM (October 28, 2023) – Early Friday evening, officers with the Albuquerque Police Department assisted area firefighters at the scene of an automobile collision that sent at least one person to an area hospital with injuries.

The crash occurred at around 4:15 p.m. on October 27.

APD reports show that a collision between vehicles blocked multiple lanes of Moon Street Northeast. Authorities arrived at the scene and remained there for more than an hour as they worked to clear the roadway and reopen it for traffic.

At least one person was injured and transported to a local medical facility for further medical care.

The police department is currently investigating the incident.
