Albuquerque, NM – Injuries in Collision at 6th St & Silver Ave

Albuquerque, NM (September 16, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries resulting from a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area on Monday, September 16. At around 3:05 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash site at the intersection of 6th Street SW and Silver Avenue SW. At least one person involved in the collision was hurt. 

At this time, the severity and number of the related injuries have not been confirmed. Attending medical personnel provided aid to the injured parties. Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for further support. The roadway was temporarily closed as emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the resulting debris and reopen the area to outside traffic. Local law enforcement officials are conducting an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
