Albuquerque, NM – Injury Accident Reported on Tramway Blvd NE

Albuquerque, NM (November 18, 2023) – On Friday evening, the Albuquerque Fire Rescue and local police officers were summoned to help out at the scene of a motor vehicle collision in which at least one person was injured. Authorities received the notification of the crash at approximately 4:20 p.m. on November 17.

According to local law enforcement, a collision blocks multiple lanes of Tramway Boulevard Northeast just north of Supper Rock and off of the Interstate 40 exit. The incident prompted authorities to close off several lanes as it provided assistance with clearing the roadway. Emergency medical services responded to care for injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported by ambulance to area hospitals. The Albuquerque Police Department is currently investigating to determine what caused the crash.
