Albuquerque, NM – Injury Car Crash at Coors Blvd & Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (August 17, 2024) – On Friday, August 16, there were reported injuries after a car accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash was reported at around 9:40 p.m. at the corner of Coors Boulevard NW and Central Avenue NW. At least one person involved in the collision sustained injuries. 

The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel, and those requiring further treatment were later transferred to nearby hospitals for further support. The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the site of the resulting wreckage and other debris. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
