Albuquerque, NM - Injury-Causing Collision Takes Place at Washington St & Menaul Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (August 8, 2023) - A crash with injuries was reported early on Tuesday morning, August 8, in Albuquerque at the corner of Washington Street NE and Menaul Boulevard NE.

Emergency responders were called to the crash site at around 10:53 a.m. At least one person involved in the crash was injured. There were damaged vehicles and debris at the scene, and the area was blocked for several hours. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the roadway of the resulting wreckage. 

At this time, no further information has been provided. Authorities advised drivers to avoid the scene and prepare for delays. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
