Albuquerque, NM - Injury Collision at Bluewater Rd & Airport Dr

Albuquerque, NM (July 22, 2024) - At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of a traffic accident in Albuquerque on Monday, July 22. Emergency crews were dispatched to the crash site at the crossing of Bluewater Road NW and Airport Drive NW early that morning around 7:27 a.m. There were confirmed injuries, but the severity of the related damages has not been determined. 

The injured parties were treated by attending paramedics. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. The resulting debris caused the roadway to be closed for several hours, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site.
