Albuquerque, NM – Injury Crash at I-40 & Juan Tabo Blvd
Albuquerque, NM (September 20, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in a car crash in the Albuquerque area on Thursday, September 19. The collision took place on Interstate 40 WB near Juan Tabo Boulevard NE at around 9:30 p.m. The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel at the scene.
Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals for further examination and care. There were confirmed injuries at the scene. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The vehicles involved in the crash sustained significant damage, and the roadway was closed for several hours. The roadway was later cleared and reopened to outside traffic some hours later. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
