Albuquerque, NM – Major Injury Collision on Stormcloud Ave

Albuquerque, NM (June 27, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries following an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Thursday, June 27. The incident was reported at the 9627 block of Stormcloud Avenue NW early that morning around 2:49 a.m. At least one person involved in the accident was injured. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The involved parties were treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a local hospital for additional support. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities worked to clear the scene, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris to reopen the road to outside traffic. No further information on the incident is currently available. However, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
