Albuquerque, NM - Major MVA on Central Ave NE near Pennsylvania St

Albuquerque, NM (August 12, 2023) - A car crash happened in Albuquerque that ended in injuries and traffic delays. At around 9:48 a.m., emergency responders went to the scene of the accident to help the involved parties. 

The wreck happened on Central Avenue North East near Pennsylvania Street. Vehicles crashed for reasons still under police investigation. 

One or more people suffered injuries in the accident, however, the extent of those injuries has not been reported at this time. Police and EMTs worked at the scene for some time, causing traffic delays in the area. 

Drivers commuting near the accident scene were forced to use alternate routes while the crash site was active with responders. Few other details have been reported at this time.
