Albuquerque, NM – Pedestrian Killed in Hit-&-Run at Central Ave & Laguayra Dr
Albuquerque, NM (November 6, 2023) – On Friday morning, November 3, a pedestrian was killed following a hit-and-run crash in Albuquerque.
The deadly crash occurred at the corner of Central Avenue NE and Laguayra Drive early that morning at around 5 a.m. Officers were sent to the scene after reports of gunfire and found a victim who had been hit by a car.
The injured party was reportedly conscious when officers arrived but was later pronounced dead at the scene. The at-fault driver fled the scene, and there is currently limited information regarding the suspect vehicle and other factors involved in the incident.
