Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injuries in Collision at Coors Blvd & Montano Rd
Albuquerque, NM (August 15, 2024) – There were multiple injuries after a two-vehicle crash in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, August 14. The accident took place at the corner of Coors Boulevard and Montano Road late that night, around 8:30 p.m. Local reports revealed that a Honda Civic was headed south on Coors when it attempted to make a left turn.
At the same time, a northbound Jeep Wrangler on Coors with no headlights on collided with the Honda. The impact caused the driver of the Jeep to be ejected and suffer leg trauma. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties, and both parties were hospitalized for the treatment of sustained injuries. No further information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is in progress.
