Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injuries in Crash at I-25 & Ave Cesar Chavez

Albuquerque, NM (June 24, 2024) – At least one person sustained injuries in the aftermath of an auto accident in the Albuquerque area on Monday, June 24. The collision took place that morning around 7:01 a.m. on Interstate 25 SB near Avenida Cesar Chavez SE. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The crash victims were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to a local hospital for further treatment. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties have been provided. Local authorities advised nearby motorists to avoid the scene and to prepare for significant delays while emergency crews were present. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
