Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injury Car Crash on Golf Ave

Albuquerque, NM (August 9, 2024) – On Thursday, August 8, there were reported injuries after a car accident in the Albuquerque area. The crash was reported at the 802 block of Golf Avenue SW that evening around 8:52 p.m. Two or more vehicles were involved in the accident. 

Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene after being notified of the collision. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel, and those needing further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed until the resulting wreckage was cleared. Though non further information on the accident is currently available, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
