Albuquerque, NM – Serious Injury Collision on Montoya Rd

Albuquerque, NM (July 30, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a crash in the Albuquerque area on Monday, July 29. The accident occurred at the 130 block of Montoya Road NW that evening around 6:40 p.m. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. 

At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the number and severity of the related injuries have not yet been confirmed. The injured party was treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital. No further information on the accident is currently available. The area was later reopened after the resulting debris was cleared. No other injuries have been reported at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
