Albuquerque, NM – Uptown & Louisiana Blvd Injury Car Crash

Albuquerque, NM (October 18, 2024) – On Thursday, October 17, there were reported injuries following a car crash in the Albuquerque area. The accident occurred at the corner of Uptown Boulevard NE and Louisiana Boulevard NE that evening around 7:44 p.m. At least one person involved in the collision was hurt, and emergency responders were dispatched to render the necessary medical aid. 

At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The injured parties were treated by attending medical personnel before being transferred to local hospitals for further treatment. The area was closed for several hours while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris.  No additional information is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
