Albuquerque, NM (June 10, 2023) - On the afternoon of June 9, a car accident happened in Albuquerque that ended in injuries and traffic delays. The collision occurred at around 12:32 p.m. for reasons still under local law enforcement investigation.
Reports from authorities show the incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. when two or more cars crashed on Interstate 40 near Coors Boulevard/milepost 155. At least one individual was in need of emergency medical care on-site.
EMTs helped those with injuries at the crash scene before transporting seriously injured patients to local hospitals for further care. Currently, their identities have not been reported.
