Speeding drivers are involved in almost 29 percent of all recorded fatal car accidents in the United States each year. Certain states have higher rates of motorist speeding than others, and drivers in New Mexico are particularly known for consistently going over the speed limit. This reckless activity can result in serious and sometimes deadly auto accidents. If you file a lawsuit with the support of a reliable lawyer, the person at fault could be made to cover the damages resulting from a catastrophic, high-speed collision.
